An active and athletic style of Yoga adapted from the traditional Ashtanga system. Power Yoga doesn’t stick to the same sequence poses like other Yoga classes but varies depending on the teacher. Using isometric movements to activate every muscle in the body, sparking the metabolism and getting a more beneficial calorie burn. You may be an athlete, but it doesn’t mean that Power Yoga will be easy. Our Fitness First top tip is start slowly and carefully!
