Class is for all levels
Build a strong core! Our exclusive signature core class enables you to lift heavier and perform better by using your own body weight and various small pieces of functional equipment - all working toward that goal of strengthening your mid section. The class includes abdominal and lower back supersets. The structure follows 45 seconds of activity followed by 15 seconds of rest for each exercise. With the help of your instructor you can progress each exercise so that you constantly have the opportunity to build upon your core strength.
