Meet the EIS Practitioners

August 07 2015

To celebrate a year to go until Rio 2016 Olympic Games, we’ve collaborated with Team GB to offer the public and Fitness First members the opportunity to train like Olympians with training tips and techniques from Team GB and the English Institute of Sport coaches.  On August 4th, our Bishopsgate club launched a number of workshops covering sports psychology, sports nutrition and strength and conditioning.

Team GB’s athletes, Olympic silver medallist Keri-Anne Payne, open water swimming and triple gold medallist Jason Kenny, track cycling, were also there to share their experiences and workout tips with Fitness First members. The sessions will also continue to take place across a number of Fitness First clubs nationwide.
