Paul Martin is Technical Lead Physiotherapist for Paralympic sport across the English Institute of Sport (EIS) and here are his top training tips:
- Always plan for what you want to achieve.
- Ensure that you prepare your body for each training session.
- Focus your warm up on the training session you’re about to do.
- Allow your body to properly recover from each training session.
Ensure that you address the most worked areas of your body when cooling down.
