The National Running Show is the UK’s biggest independent running exhibition, with all the kit, tech, nutrition, advice, inspiration and races you need to plan your perfect running season.

1. Take a seat at the main stage
The National Running Show always delivers something special on the main stage, and 2019 is no different. This year, the incredible line-up of speakers includes Olympic gold medalists, endurance runners and globetrotting adventurers. There is so much on offer at the interactive feature areas, including a run clinic, a sports massage station, personalised trainer fittings and even a high tech 3D gait analysis. 3. Get expert advice
If it’s tips and advice you’re looking for, you’ll struggle to find more experts under one roof than at the National Running Show. Whether you want to chat with nutritionists on how to properly fuel up before a race or need some hints on the best way to recover from your training, there are a number of specialists at hand to give you the knowledge you’re looking for.

4. Chat with your running heroes
The Ask the Experts Zone allows you to take part in a 15-minute one-on-one session with one of our six experts throughout the duration of the show. The timetable will be announced soon and bookings must be made on the morning of each day, so make sure you grab your slot quickly!
5. Hit the shops
After hearing from the experts and trying out the state-of-the-art features, you’d be forgiven for being tempted to upgrade your workout gear. Luckily, with over 170 brands showcasing the latest in running innovations, you’ll be spoilt for choice!
