Perri Shakes-Drayton tries our FitBrit challenge

Our high-intensity FitBrit challenge is back for its 10th year to put your strength, speed and endurance to the test.

With finish times flooding in on all three leaderboards, we were lucky enough to have Team GB’S Perri Shakes-Drayton visit us at Fitness First to take on the FitBrit challenge.

She was also kind enough to sit down with us to shed some light on her training schedule, as well as the importance of preparation and recovery.

From her diet to her post-workout regimen, Perri has talked us through the daily routine of a medal-winning 400-metre athlete and tells us how she was first introduced to fitness.
