Every year we are guilty of trading our trainers for slippers, and knocking back more mulled wine than energy drinks. That’s why this December, we are making it our mission to inspire people to get active and try something new this Christmas by offering 12 days of fitness for £12.

Don’t hibernate on the sofa, come to one of our fitness clubs and energise yourself for the New Year with one of our exciting fitness activities. This offer includes access to all facilities in the club, including our state-of-the-art gym floor, weights area, swimming and spa facilities and all of the exercise classes.

Fancy trying something new but don’t want the commitment of signing up? The 12 days of fitness is the perfect way to experience as many activities as you can without being tied into a contract. Think of it like an exercise taster session, with so many classes and activities, you might be persuaded to carry it on into the New Year.

You don’t have to travel millions of miles across the globe to achieve fitness enlightenment. We have a range of classes promising to promote mental and physical wellbeing. Tai Chi teaches you how to improve your breathing as well as your posture to ensure you perform your best while exercising. It also teaches the body strength, balance and works on cardio fitness levels. Yoga and Pilates use similar movement techniques to strengthen and shape the body, helping to define the core and increase muscle mass.

We understand that the Christmas holidays should be spent with family and friends, but that doesn’t mean you should be confined to the house. Why not visit together and get involved with some of the many group exercise classes? Working out together has so many benefits, such as increased motivation and added fun. We won’t lie, some of the classes on offer are tough and you might need a friend to cheer you on, but that’s why they are so effective. Group exercise classes such as spinning, Zumba, step aerobics, circuit training and many more are perfect for groups of people wanting to get fit and enjoy themselves.

If you are up for a real challenge, why not try one of our popular body combat or body pump classes? These classes will challenge you, get your heart racing and your blood pumping. Body combat uses rigorous martial arts moves from Thai Boxing, Taekwondo and Karate to push your body into shape. Body pump uses a combination of cardio and weight repetitions with barbells to burn up to 600 calories per session. Circuit training is always one of the most popular activities in our clubs because of its ability to rapidly burn fat, build muscle and increase fitness. Using a combination of rapid dynamic movements with strength exercises, this class is guaranteed to get you results (as long as you are dedicated, of course).
