Swimming
Whether you're training for a triathlon or learning how to swim, come and make a splash at our Bath pool. With a 20m length and 1.2m depth, our pool is more than big enough to accommodate everyone - whether you're learning how to swim or setting a new personal best! Suitable for all ages and abilities, swimming is a great cardiovascular sport that aims to improve stamina and work your core muscles.
Mind & Body
Increase your energy and learn how breathing techniques can calm the mind and increase your mobility and flexibility with our Mind & Body classes. Whether you're looking to explore new poses in Yoga or centre yourself with Meditation that helps you focus on the here and now.
Classes
At Fitness First Bath, discover a wide range of workout classes for all abilities. There are five styles of classes you can choose from:
Strength - Take your strength to the next level when you experience one of our strength classes. Including everything from Glute Gains - which aim to lift and shape your glutes - to Les Mills BODYPUMP™ - which will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body - there's a strength class that can help push you to push your limits.
Cardio - Ready to get your heart pumping? Join our community of like-minded people when you take on one of our cardio classes. Whether it's bodyweight drills and exercises that work your whole body or stepping into the pool for H2O HIIT, there's always a new challenge to take on.
Cycle - Pursue every fitness goal with our Cycle classes. RPM™ combines hit music with the motivational power of an inspiring Instructor leading you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
Mind & Body — Focusing on your mind and body with everything from Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, and Meditation, you’ll feel at one with yourself after you’ve finished one of our classes.
Fight — Give boxing-inspired workout sessions the green light and inspire you to find power and energy that lasts longer. Work on your agility in BoxFit or try a BodyCombat session, soundtracked by fast-paced, upbeat music.

With full memberships from £65 per month, you'll get access to all classes, including Strength, Fight, Cycle, Cardio and Mind & Body, and exclusive use of 15 other Fitness First gyms across the country. At our Bath gym, you'll find the latest equipment so you can step up your fitness game. And if you like to work out in a group, we've got a wide range of classes available in your membership.
Open 7 days a week from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AM to 9 PM Friday and 7:30 AM to 8 PM on the weekends, you’ll never be stuck for something new to try!
