Whether you’re looking to represent in our station-based Bootcamp or take on one of our Glute Gains classes which aim to lift and shape your glutes, you’ll find it all at Fitness First.
Cardio — Ready to get your heart pumping? Join our community of like-minded people when you take on one of our cardio classes. With bodyweight drills and exercises that work your whole body with, there’s always a new challenge to take on.
Cycle — Connect with yourself and pursue every fitness goal with our Cycle classes. Try out Spin that will really put you through your paces.
Fight — Opt for boxing-inspired gym sessions with our Fight classes, designed to improve your combat, stamina and core strength. Learn self-defence techniques from a variety of disciplines with our Self Defence classes, or be inspired and try your hand at Boxercise, RoX and SPARR.
