Conveniently located in Christopher Place Shopping Centre, our St Albans gym is open 7 days a week from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM Friday and 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM on the weekends.
Our gym is centrally located for easy access — we’re only a 15-minute walk from St Albans City train station, so reaching us by public transport is quick and simple. If you’re travelling by car, you can also benefit from our gym’s free on-site parking.
