In this station-based class, our expert trainers will guide you through and give you the motivation you need to maximise your workout. Rox

Rox is a first-of-its-kind and exclusive workout session here at Fitness First Wigan. Combining running and boxing into one stress-busting session, feel inspired when you take on this boutique-style workout with high energy.

Swimming

A late swimmer or an early morning riser? No matter when you fit a workout into your day, our newly refurbished Wigan gym has a 19.6m length and a 1.2m deep pool that can take on anything. Make a splash whether you’re doing some relaxing laps or trying to set a new personal best.

Strength

If strength is what you’re after, then look no further than our large strength and free weight training areas. On offer, you’ll find:
