1st June marks the beginning of Pride Month around the world, commemorating the Stone Wall Riots in New York City in 1969, celebrating differences yet inclusivity in society and bringing awareness to the challenges that the LGBTQ+ communities face.
At Fitness First, we want to play our part, so we're proud to bring Pride-themed Spin events on 28th June across the country. We’ve got our best spin instructors lined up so expect high energy, a banging playlist, and plenty of sweat! And a goodie bag, of course.
100% of proceeds from the class go to MindOut, a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer people. Find out more about their work below.
Everyone's welcome for these very special events and you'll get to enjoy our fantastic Club facilities before or after the class, with swimming pool (where available), steam room and/or sauna.
We hope to see you there! Book your tickets now as we expect these to be popular!

Rhyde with Pride
In honour of the LGBTQ+ community, join us for a special Pride themed Rhyde Cycle Class, at the following clubs:
All profits from this class will be donated to the Mind Out charity
MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans and queer people.
The charity works to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all LGBTQ communities and to make mental health a community concern.
What is Rhyde?
Exclusive Cycle Class
Rhyde is one of our Signature classes and a member’s favourite: a dance-inspired cycle workout for your body AND mind! 'RHYDE' is a fusion of 'rhythm' and 'ride' - it's a fun, high energy cycle class which incorporates upper body conditioning and uses the principles of mindfulness. RHYDErs are encouraged to 'be' in the moment, immerse themselves whilst getting their heart racing and taking their workout wherever they want it to go.
