Whether you’re looking to represent in our station-based Bootcamp or take on one of our Glute Gains classes which aim to lift and shape your glutes, you’ll find it all at Fitness First.
Cardio — Get your heart pumping during one of our cardio classes. Whether you prefer bodyweight drills and exercises that work your whole body or HIIT classes that burn a lot of calories, we’ve got you covered.
Cycle - Pursue every fitness goal with our Cycle classes. Why not take on one of our Spin classes that will really put you through your paces? Whatever you're interested in, you'll find the perfect class at Baker Street.
Mind & Body — Focusing on your mind and body with everything from Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, and Meditation, you’ll feel at one with yourself after you’ve finished one of our classes.
