This four part yoga series at Fitness First is designed to support both physical strength and mental wellbeing, helping you move better, breathe deeper and leave feeling calm, centred and renewed. Inspired by the principles of Les Mills Yoga, each class style focuses on a different benefit so you can choose the experience that best supports your body and mindset.
Choose Yin Yoga for deep restoration and improved mobility, using longer held poses to release tension, improve flexibility and promote relaxation. Hatha Yoga focuses on alignment, control and strength, building a strong foundation while improving posture, balance and body awareness.
