Our expert Fitness First coaches will break down key strength movements step by step, focusing on correct form, lifting safety, mobility, and technique. You’ll receive personalised coaching and guidance throughout the session, making it an ideal class for anyone who wants to improve their lifting ability in a motivating group environment.
Expect to work on a variety of classic strength and Olympic lifting movements such as deadlifts, cleans, snatches, and other compound lifts that develop total body power, stability, and athletic performance. Sessions are structured to help you build strength progressively, improve control under the bar, and develop proper movement patterns that translate into better gym results.
