This club is for those who love running. No matter what your level of running experience is, this club allows you to work to your capabilities and meet other like minded runners. You will experience steady runs as well as structured sessions.
Run club will take you outside of club, where your run leader will direct you through an organised route. The session will vary from steady endurance running to structured intervals.
Please be reminded that whilst outside of Fitness Firsts premises, you must take care of your own health and safety and run to within your capabilities.
If you have any problems or feel unwell, please inform the instructor at the earliest opportunity.
