Gymshark’s custom class is designed to build total-body strength, power, and fitness through structured, performance-driven workouts. Every workout will blend mobility exercises, explosive movements, compound lifts, and conditioning drills to help you move more efficiently, increase strength, and boost endurance.

Expect a supportive, team-like environment where you’ll push yourself, encourage others, and leave each workout feeling accomplished. Experience a variety of functional movements from, Olympic lifting, Sled, Ergs, and explosive bodyweight movements. 

Our range of classes will inspire you to explore new training styles and techniques, while keeping you motivated with other like-minded members. We have a wide choice of classes that are a great complement to any training programme.
