Metafit is the original 30 minute workout with an afterburn that lasts up to 24 hours. By using bodyweight training Metafit is one of the more effective group exercise workouts that deliver big results. Work bigger muscle groups with high intensity intervals to give quick results. Metafit was created by a former Royal Marine Commando and combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest in interval style training and tabata techniques to set your metabolism on fire!
