Discover a new dimension of low-impact strength training with our mat-based class designed to keep you grounded while building full-body power. This session focuses on controlled, strength-led movement performed close to the mat, helping you develop stability, mobility, and muscular endurance in a supportive, accessible way.

Structured into three progressive blocks, seated, Lying, and kneeling,  the class targets the entire body through intentional, slow-tempo exercises. In the Seated block, you’ll activate your core, posture muscles, and upper body with controlled resistance work. Moving into the Lying block, you’ll build strength through the posterior chain, glutes, and deep core using grounded, stabilising movements. Finally, the Kneeling block challenges balance and coordination while integrating full-body strength and control.

This class is ideal for anyone looking to build strength without high impact, stay connected to the mat, and move with precision and purpose.
