High Intensity Interval Training means maximum effort in your working phase. Earn those rests!

Walk, Crawl and Kick your way through this one, animal noises are optional!

Get some fresh air and take your session out to your garden! You'll be super well versed in washing your hands afterwards!

Trainer Lucy takes you through a full Fitness First signature SHRED class, specially adapted for home.

Tim’s back with an AGT (Athletic Group Training) workout. AGT is designed around 5 key principles of athletic performance: speed, power, strength, endurance and agility. Moves are sharp and quick.

A core workout today based around our FGT (Functional Group Training) classes. Tom Hickey, health and fitness manager at DWFF Basingstoke shows you how to build a strong core using your bodyweight.

A lower body workout to exhaust those legs and glutes, great for muscle endurance and calorie burn. Thanks to Tori Waight, general manager at Fitness First Basingstoke for demonstrating.
WORKOUTS WITH KIDS
We’re supporting all our DWFF families to stay active together. Bust the boredom and keep the kids moving with our special series of workouts.

One to complete if the whole family is looking to get involved!

Multi plane movement is not simething we practice everyday. This will help protect from injuries and be a lot of fun!

Keep those muscles moving, stretch out and entertain the kids at the same time. Mobility’s so important for athletic performance; dream team Tim and George show us how it’s done.

Movement drills, sit ups and shadow boxing in this super-fun boxing workout you can do with the kids. You’ll also need a pillow! Tim and George show us how - can you do 5 rounds for a world title?

Powering up those glutes again - Lucy shows you how to build lower body lean muscle and functional strength, all whilst having fun with the kids. Thanks to George for helping!

it’s time for some upper body focus. Little Ophelia is once again the star of the show and along with dad Tim will show you how to build a strong chest, shoulders and arms.

CORE training is really important. A strong core will allow better movement in all walks of life!
