With 20 years of experience and a background in filmmaking, I bring a unique perspective to fitness, blending art and movement for a holistic approach to training. I specialise in posture correction, flexibility, and injury prevention, working with both athletes and everyday clients to enhance performance and well-being.

My sessions combine calisthenics, functional training, and boxercise to promote strength, mobility, and weight loss. Passionate and energetic, I’m dedicated to helping clients build confidence, strength, and self-awareness through personalised, purposeful coaching.
