I specialise in posture correction, flexibility, and injury prevention, working with both athletes and everyday clients to enhance performance and well-being.
My sessions combine calisthenics, functional training, and boxercise to promote strength, mobility, and weight loss. Passionate and energetic, I’m dedicated to helping clients build confidence, strength, and self-awareness through personalised, purposeful coaching.
