I’m Amber, a Personal Trainer, Boxer, England Boxing Coach and Sport & Exercise Psychologist. I’m passionate about helping people become the strongest and happiest version of themselves. Fitness changed my life, so I understand how important the right support can be.

Whether you want to get fitter, stronger, more confident or simply enjoy training again, I’ll guide you through strength work and boxing in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
