I know how daunting it can be to choose a Personal Trainer. I was once a Fitness First member myself, and now I love every day of my career. I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 21 years, training hundreds of people of all abilities. I’m not a drill instructor and I don’t shout, I focus on getting the best out of you in every session. Every session is tailored specifically to you; I never throw a workout together and hope it fits. Specific training for a specific outcome.
