Hi, I’m Brian.
I’ve been coaching from this City gym since 1997 and have logged over 50,000 hours helping people who are serious about change.
I specialise in working with desk-based professionals who want to lose weight, improve posture, increase flexibility and build real core strength. The focus is straightforward. Move better, get stronger and feel fitter in everyday life.
