Bio

G’day! I’m Cam from Sydney, and I’m passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves through health and fitness.

With a background in Olympic weightlifting, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention, I help clients build confidence with barbell training while improving movement quality and performance. Whether your goal is to lift heavier, move better, run 100km, build muscle, or simply feel more energised in and out of the gym, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
