Bio
Known to my clients as The Holistic PT, I bring over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in corrective exercise, muscle activation techniques, and back and posture rehabilitation.
I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and improve both physically and mentally. My approach combines functional training with mindful practices, creating balance and resilience in the body.
With more than 20 years of teaching experience in Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Kung Fu, I integrate these disciplines to enhance coordination, stability, and overall wellbeing.
