In 2006, I walked into a gym for the first time, nervous, unfit, and unsure where to start. With the guidance of a passionate trainer, I transformed my health and confidence, discovering that fitness is for everyone. That experience inspired me to become a coach. My mission is to help others achieve their goals, no matter their starting point, through strength, movement, and nutrition, promoting fat loss and lean muscle. It’s never too late to become a better version of yourself.
