Bio

I have over 20 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer, working with clients ranging from the general population to national and international athletes. My approach is inclusive and grounded in holistic health through an athletic lens, building strength while preserving mobility and long-term joint health. Training is intelligent, movement quality is prioritised, and longevity is central. The goal is simple: to help clients stay strong, capable, and confident at every stage of life.
