Bio

Hi, I’m Dan. With over 25 years as a Personal Trainer, I’ve seen countless fitness and diet trends come and go. My approach is different, I focus on science-backed methods that deliver real, sustainable results.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of coaching clients to championship titles in male and female physique competitions, including a Male Natural World Bodybuilding Champion and a Female World and European Champion.
