I’m a hypertrophy expert, specialising in muscle building and body “toning” through fat loss. Using applied hypertrophy biomechanics, I teach not just what to do but how to do it effectively. Nutrition for health and performance complements your training and supports your results. I also understand how exercise interacts with the menstrual cycle, helping you manage changes in performance. Certified in pre- and postnatal training, I ensure safe, effective workouts throughout pregnancy and beyond.
