I use biomechanics to make sure every exercise is done with purpose and precision. Nutrition plays a key role too, what we do outside the gym is just as important as what we do inside it.

I also tailor training around the menstrual cycle to help manage natural performance changes, and with my Pre & Postnatal certification, I support women to train safely through every stage of pregnancy and beyond.
