We're located in Chineham Business Park and are open from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AM to 9 PM Friday and 7:30 AM to 6 PM over the weekend. This makes it easier than ever for our members to fit their workout around their busy lifestyles.
Our Basingstoke gym is easily reached by Crockford Lane, just off the A33, and all our members can benefit from free on-site parking. If you prefer to travel via public transport, the Larchwood bus stop is just a stone's throw from our doors.
