I’m an attentive and detail-oriented Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher with a passion for helping people explore movement that feels good. I specialise in mobility, flexibility, calisthenics, and strength training to create a balanced, functional body.
Drawing on years of experience and a strong background in rehabilitation, I work confidently with clients recovering from injuries or managing medical conditions. My goal is simple, to help you develop a positive, empowering relationship with your body and walk away from every session feeling your best.
