Hi, I’m Jack a Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience in fitness. My philosophy is simple: effective strength and resistance training is the key to achieving your goals, whether that’s fat loss, building muscle, or simply feeling your best.

Training with me isn’t as intimidating as it sounds, it’s structured, supportive, and a lot more fun than endless cardio!
