I started training at 14, inspired by my idols, and quickly fell in love with fitness. I studied Sport & Exercise Science and Rehabilitation Science, and now work with clients of all ages and goals. Whether it’s rehab, performance, or serious strength work, you’ll get full support and a clear understanding of the why behind every session.
