Hi, I’m Jack.
I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer at Fitness First Bedford, currently studying sleep, stress and recovery. I help people lose body fat, build muscle and build habits they can stick to.
I started my own journey with low confidence, so I understand exactly how to support beginners and keep things simple.
With experience in Taekwon Do, Boxing and Muay Thai, I offer personalised training plans, nutrition guidance, habit coaching and pad work. My goal is to help you feel stronger, move better and stay consistent.
