I’m James Salazar, a personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping clients build strong, resilient bodies. My coaching focuses on mastering the fundamentals of movement, correcting poor habits before layering on new, effective techniques. Through rope flow and natural movement, I teach the body to move efficiently, improving posture, coordination, and long-term performance.
