I take a holistic and functional approach to training because while how our bodies look matters, how they function matters even more. A well person has many wishes; a sick person has only one.
With over a decade of experience in movement practice across a wide range of disciplines, I’ve learned that good-quality movement doesn’t just look good, it feels good. My goal is to help clients move better, feel better, and live better. Through simple yet unconventional methods, I empower people to feel confident not only in how they look, but in how they move through the world.
