I’m a BSc Strength and Conditioning coach (First Class Honours), CIMSPA accredited, specialising in strength, performance, and injury-aware training.
Whether your goal is fat loss, improved running performance, or feeling capable in the gym again, I’ll build a plan that works and support you all the way through it.
