Hi, I’m Jon. I’m passionate about helping people get stronger, fitter, and more confident through evidence-based, engaging training. As a highly accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach, I create personalised plans for busy professionals and athletes, supporting both performance and rehab goals. I also lead a free weekly Run Club in St Albans, helping the community train smarter, stay consistent, and achieve real results.
