With over 15 years of corporate experience, I understand the challenges of long hours, stress, poor eating habits, and weight gain. I’ve guided hundreds of transformations, from 25kg weight loss journeys to supporting women through pre- and postnatal fitness. My mission is simple: help you feel confident, strong, and excited to come to the gym.

I also specialise in sports fitness, helping you improve performance, build strength, and reach your personal best.
