If you’re struggling to find time for the gym around a busy lifestyle, I’ll show you how to build the body you want by training just 3 hours per week. I specialise in making people stronger through expert use of compound exercises. I’m also one of the top Hyrox (functional training) coaches in the gym, and if your goal is a fat loss transformation, I’m the PT for you.
