Bio

I’m a multi-disciplined Personal Trainer with a background in functional strength training and Thai boxing. I’ve also trained in meditation, breathwork, and yoga, allowing me to offer a truly holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing. Every client receives a free initial movement screening and consultation, creating a solid foundation to efficiently progress toward their goals, whether that’s weight loss, muscle gain, or improved health. Clients also gain access to my coaching app and tailored nutritional guidance for complete support.
