With experience in the fitness industry since 2017, a strong sporting background, and a deep sense of empathy, I strive to create a positive, motivating environment for every client.

My background as a chef, combined with a diploma in Sports Nutrition and life coaching skills, gives me a 360° perspective on health and well-being. I help clients improve through functional training, mobility, and strength, offering guidance, structure, and long-term support to help them move, feel, and live better.
