Hi, my name is Michele.
With over 30 years of experience in fitness and personal training, I am passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier and more confident. I believe weight training should be a key part of everyone’s fitness routine, regardless of gender, age or experience level.
I enjoy creating personalised workout plans that fit individual goals and lifestyles and work with clients of all abilities. I take pride in sharing my fitness knowledge and using my motivational energy to provide consistent support.
