Hi, I’m Mossab. With nearly 10 years of experience in the industry, I put the personal in personal training. I believe everyone has different goals and lifestyles, and my aim is to bridge the gap between your intentions and the process of reaching your target.
Using a planned approach, I combine weight training, mobility, and cardio to ensure all aspects of your fitness are covered. We focus on building athleticism and longevity, not just bodybuilding.
