Hi, I’m Rob. I have 23 years of experience as a personal trainer, working with clients aged 16 to 82. I competed as a national-level boxer and have 26 years of experience in the sport. I specialise in kettlebell training, studied in the U.S., and have delivered strength, conditioning, and fitness programmes for footballers from youth teams to professional level. My main goal is to make training enjoyable while helping clients achieve maximum physical and mental benefits for the long term.
