Working in the fitness industry in NZ and the UK for 15+ years, you have a lot of time to find a niche you love. For me it's corrective exercise, injury management and sports performance training. This has allowed me to really challenge myself with different and sometimes more challenging clients from, elite athletes, knee and hip replacements and shoulder injuries to bodybuilding, even helping someone recover from cancer.
No challenge to big or small i'll be right there guiding you all the way
