Bio

Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 15 years of experience helping clients get stronger, move better, and feel great at any age. I specialise in injury rehabilitation and prevention, strength training for all abilities, mobility and movement optimisation, and building confidence through training.

I coach a wide range of clients, from teenagers and busy professionals to adults aged 80+, and I adapt every session to suit individual goals, needs, and abilities. My approach is practical, supportive, and results driven, so clients feel capable, confident, and supported throughout their training.
