Bio

With over 20 years of experience in training and injury rehabilitation, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, from marathon runners and boxers to CrossFit athletes, HYROX competitors, and individuals recovering from surgery.

While I specialise in Olympic lifting, my approach is highly adaptable. Every session is fully personalised to your goals, abilities, and needs delivered with professionalism, structure, and a clear focus on helping you achieve what you set out to do.
