With 20 years of coaching experience and 30,000+ hours working with clients, I deliver personalised coaching focused on strength, performance and long-term wellbeing. As a HYROX coach and competitor, I understand the balance between pushing performance and creating sustainable results. I specialise in women’s health and menopause coaching, while helping both men and women build confidence, improve body composition and feel stronger in everyday life.
