Bio

Every sport places different demands on the body, and training should reflect that.
Whether you're competing, returning to sport, or working towards a personal goal, the aim is to make your training purposeful and specific to you.

We’ll focus on what your body needs to move well, feel strong, and perform with confidence.

My approach is shaped by 10 years of competitive experience and a sporting background in running, field hockey, weightlifting, and rock climbing, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how different athletes train, recover, and perform.

I combine strength and conditioning, movement quality, and sport-specific training to help you build resilience, improve performance, and enjoy your sport for the long term.
